Nancy Tagliafierro has been a Senior Associate to Hogan, Rossi & Liguori since 2011. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of elder law, trusts and estates, Medicaid planning, municipal law and civil litigation. Ms. Tagliafierro is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut.
Prior to joining Hogan, Rossi & Liguori, Ms. Tagliafierro was an associate with a private law firm located in White Plains, New York and a law clerk for IBM in Armonk, New York.
Ms. Tagliafierro offers her clients her expertise in trust and estate planning and administration, asset protection planning, Medicaid planning and applications, guardianship, will contests, contested accountings and other matters in Surrogates Court. She has also represented many municipal boards in Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester County. She currently acts as Counsel to the Town Board of the Town of Kent and the Town Board of the Town of Pawling, and has represented various boards in the Towns of Bedford and Patterson, the Villages of Pleasantville and Cold Spring, and the City of Beacon.
Ms. Tagliafierro is the President of the Estate Planning Council of Putnam County, a member of the Putnam County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. She has been a speaker at elder law programs and Medicaid programs for the New York State Bar Association, the Pace Women’s’ Justice Center, the Westchester County Bar Association and various facilities in the New York area.
